Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership, access, and use of The Harley Lounge Limited (“The Lounge”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and its associated facilities, services, and website. By becoming a member or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership Eligibility and Conduct

  • Membership is by invitation or successful application only.
  • Members must be 23 years or older.
  • Loud, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • Mobile phone use should be discreet to respect the environment.

3. Term and Renewal

All memberships are subject to a minimum 12-month term. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed structure. All additional charges (food, beverages, event tickets) must be settled promptly.

5. Access and Facilities

Members may use facilities during published operating hours. Meeting rooms are subject to availability and separate fees.

Guest Limit: Up to four (4) accompanied guests per day.

6. Events and Services

Members have access to exclusive talks and wellness sessions. Details are subject to change without notice.

7. Termination and Suspension

The Lounge may terminate membership for breaches of terms, inappropriate conduct, or failure to pay fees.

8. Liability

Use of the premises is at the Member’s own risk. The Lounge is not liable for loss or theft of personal property.

9. Privacy

Data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law

Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
